JCTA is a full service title insurance agency. Providing service to a variety of clients is the challenge that we welcome. To participate in the process of buying, selling and mortgaging real estate, we recognize that our products must evolve from our clients needs. CLOSINGS
It is also our pleasure to provide a complete closing service. Our office is equipped with state of the art computer equipment allowing us to receive and transmit closing documents by electronic mail. Our closer has over 20 years of experience in closings, and has handled almost every imaginable closing scenario. We recognize that closings are very important part of the process and must accommodate each unique transaction. For that reason, we are always actively looking for ways to be more helpful to our clients.
